• Any bet accepted due to a system error at clearly incorrect odds will be voided.

Live Betting

In live betting, odds may change instantly in response to match conditions. If the odds shift between the time a bet is submitted and when it is accepted by the system, the bet will either be placed at the new odds or declined.

Bet Settlement

Bets are generally settled within 24 hours of a match or event concluding, based on the official result. In the case of a disputed outcome, the decision of the official gaming authority will be considered final.

99ok regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed. The general bonus terms and conditions are outlined below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Each individual may participate in a specific promotion once.
